These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tydeflux.com and any purchase of TydeFlux products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
TydeFlux sells transdermal support patches through tydeflux.com. For questions about an order or these Terms, email support@tydeflux.com.

2. Who may use this site
You must be 18 or over to buy from this site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are buying for personal use, not for resale, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

3. The product
TydeFlux is a transdermal dietary support product. It is not a medicine.

These statements have not been evaluated by the MHRA or FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Results vary. The site, adverts and testimonials describe typical experiences. They are not a guarantee of the same result for you.

Speak to a doctor before use if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are unsure whether the product is suitable.

4. Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send a confirmation email or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot verify payment, or we reasonably suspect misuse.

You are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a working email.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on qualifying UK orders as stated at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies is the price shown when you complete checkout, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Payment is taken at checkout through the methods offered on the site (for example card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.

6. Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates (usually 5–7 business days) are a guide, not a guarantee. Delays caused by the carrier, customs or incorrect address details are outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, including the 60-day money-back guarantee. That policy forms part of these Terms.

8. Use of the website
You may not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose
- attempt to copy, scrape or interfere with the site or its systems
- post or send false, abusive or misleading information
- impersonate another person or misuse another customer’s account

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

9. Intellectual property
The TydeFlux name, logo, product images, copy, videos and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Reviews and content you send us
If you send a review, photo, comment or other content, you give us a non-exclusive right to use it on the site and in marketing, with or without your first name. Do not send anything that is illegal, defamatory or that you do not have the right to share.

11. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided as described in these Terms. To the fullest extent allowed by UK law, we do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that use of the product will produce a particular result.

12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we are not liable for:
- loss of profit, business, data or opportunity
- any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you ordered
- delays or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site you also accept that policy.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
